● Fashion Catalyst OZone can be accomplished by spraying, dipping, or in a sealed mechanical system (atomization).

● Dosage: 10-200 g /L

● Detail dosage depends on the requirements of bleaching effect, please test before production.

Using Steps

1、Use a suitable concentration of Fashion Catalyst OZone to denim clothing

2、Centrifugal dewatering

3、Dry (Omit this step if wet state ozone)

4、Ozonation

5、Washing ( can add a bit detergent)

6、Shower clean

Package and storage

● 60 kg or 120 kg/drum

● Keep sealed storage at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight, can’t be contacted or mixed put with reducing substances. Tie the package in sealed condition again after using. It can keep stable for at least 12 months if store properly.
