Fashion White SNOW-2 is a new kind of decolorization material, which can replace potassium permanganate to stir-fry snow in denim clothing and get special effect on acid washing and bleaching.

Performance

● It is applied for bleaching on garment dyeing, blue denim or black denim, etc.

● Especially apply for the fabrics which need show old-fashioned effective.

● Rapidly reaction, shortly progress. It has advantage of saving water and energy during low-temp and dry state.

● Good effect on different kinds of fabrics, especially apply for dealing with thin fabrics which easy to be destroyed by stone washing.

● It is easy to get stabilizing effect because of the special component of Fashion White Snow-2 and well-known process.

● Compared with traditional acid washing (such as bleaching water or PP+Stone bleaching), using Fashion White Snow-2 on garment dyeing can bright color.

Physical and chemical characteristics

Reference process

1. It is applied for directly, activity or vulcanize on garment dyeing. Dear with dyeing on denim or garment which can be bleaching.

2. The dehydration level according to the effect result, it is required 40%-70% with water. Don’t be over-dehydration to avoid garment partial dry.

3. The best machine to use Fashion White Snow-2 is the Spincyclemachine which is non-holes. Put Fashion White Snow-2 into the plastic package or seal all holes after machine is completely dry. Adjust the concentrations of Fashion White Snow-2 between 5% to 20% according to the last effect.

4. Fashion White Snow-2 can be used alone, or mixed equably with salt to deal with garments.

5. Take out the garments after machine working about 10-20mins, washing, 1-2g/l neutralized PP remover/sodium pyrosulfite in 50℃with 10mins, washing, softening.

Storage

● Keep sealed at room temperature without direct sunlight and avoid to contact with any reducing properties and remain stable for at least 6 months.

● The package should be used out as soon as possible; if not, it must be sealed.
