Fashion Blue LT-30 is a bran-new cold bleach enzyme which increasing a new method to create fashion.Needn’t to neutralize after using it and provide a new craft which is easy to use and Eco-friendly.

Not contain formaldehyde, APEO, heavy metal ions, and restricted and prohibited substances in the Oeko-Tex 100 standard.

Performance

● Effect on indigo dye and has a certain effect on reactive dyes as well.

● Mild bleaching to keep strength and elasticity of the fabric.

● Remove the floating color of the pants surface and pocket, improve stain protection and abrasion clarity

● With high-end enzymes, it can better replace the effect of heavy stone grinding style. 

● With high-end enzymes, it can replace craft effect of the moderate fry and moderate fully spray

Remarks:

If the traditional process adds 1-2 packages of pumice, the Fashion Blue LT-30 process needn’t adding to achieve the traditional 1-2 packages of pumice effect;

If the traditional process adds 3-5 packets of pumice, recommend to Fashion Blue LT-30 process and add 1-2 packages of pumice;

Fashion Blue LT-30 comes with a pH self-adjustment system and can be used directly. It is recommended to test the pH strip to ensure the best use environment.

Replace moderate fry and moderate fully spray process

Remarks:

Fashion Blue LT-30 process to replace the moderate fry and moderate fully spray process, it will get good abrasion effect in enzyme grinding process, as far as possible to add pumice grinding together in the allowable conditions.

Notes

Fashion Blue LT-30 will immediately work when meets water, it must be taken out by dry beaker, or packaged with plastic bags to workers by the material workers, recommend to take out as much as need using, sealed it when not use up, moisture will affect the performance of Fashion Blue LT-30.

Package and storage

● 50kg/paper drum.

● Store it in a shady and dry place where is below 25℃, avoid direct sunlight. The shelf-time is for 6 months under sealing conditions. 

● If it is not used up after opening, please store it with seal bucket to avoid failure.
