Fashion white OZone is an eco-friendly decolorization material, which can replace potassium permanganate for efficient and controllable decolor treatment.

Performance

● Not contain manganese, chlorine, bromine, iodine, formaldehyde, APEO and other toxic substances, making the product has a low risk and minimum environmental impact.

● Direct to use, through it can obtain denim clothing partial decoloring effect, natural decoloring effect, strong imitation old style .

● Suitable for various fabrics, whether elastic or not, indigo or vulcanization, with outstanding decolorization effects.

● Simple application, safe operation, convenient for neutralizing and washing, can be washed off with the common reducing agent sodium metabisulfite, saving time and water.

Physical and chemical characteristics

Reference process

1、Wet the clothes and dehydrated with a liquid rate of 40~70%;

2、Roller machine without holes or sealing all holes with plastic plates or cardboard;

3、Put garments into the roller machine without holes, Fashion white OZone can be adjusted according to the final effect of range 5~20% (relative to the weight of garments) ;

4、Fashion white OZone can be used alone, also can be used with sand / salt or foam ball / mine ball and Fashion white OZone mixed evenly, then processing garments;

5、Runs for 5~20 minutes;

6、Take out the processed garments;

7、Use 2-4g / L of Fashion White PPN-ECO to neutralize at 50℃ for 10 to 15 minutes, drain away and dry with clean water.

Storage

● The package should be used out as soon as possible; if not, it must be sealed.

● Keep sealed storage at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight, avoid contacting with reducing substances,  It can keep stable for at least 12 months if store properly. Should be used up ASAP when opening the package. If not, it must be sealed.
