Description

Fashion Catalyst PPA is especially used for bleaching reinforcement in the oxidation process of indigo denim potassium permanganate, to improve the clarity and nature of monkey position. It is recommended that permanganese promoter PPA and potassium permanganate are used at a weight ratio of 1:1.

Performance

● Instead of phosphoric acid, enhance the oxidation of potassium permanganate bleaching;

● Compared with phosphoric acid, the bleach site is brighter and cleaner after neutralization;

● Decolorization strength can be achieved by controlling pH and temperature;

● It contains no prohibited ingredients and biodegradable.

Reference process

Instead of phosphoric acid in the same proportion, potassium permanganate and permanganese promoter according to the mass ratio of 1:1 after the dissolution, used for spray PP, hand wipe, sand frying and other processes.

Packaging and storage

● 60Kg or 120Kg /plastic drum

● Store it and sealed at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, keep from contact with any reducing properties and remain stable for at least 12 months. The package should be used up as soon as possible once opened; if not, must be sealed.
