Description

Yarn is usually starching and then weaving to get higher weaving efficiency in the weaving process, starch paste is the first choice for cotton,cellulose fiber and its blended.

Starch must be removed fully and evenly on the fabric for getting the effect of pre-treatment and keeping a good proceed with dyeing and other process. It guarantees wettability by removing starch, then can get a satisfactory dyeing and printing effect. If can’t be enough removed cleanly, it will happen uneven staining, inter-batch color difference and printing defects.

Amylase only acts on the starch paste, not affects any negative on the fibers.

● High concentrated liquid, flexible configuration, safe operation;

● Effective hydrolysis and removal of starch paste with excellent biodegradability;

● Reduce the use of chemicals and COD/BOD in the discharged sewage; 

● Improve fabric wettability, improve fabric hand feel;

● Can be used for cotton, cotton / chemical fiber blended, artificial cotton and other cellulose fiber fabric desizing treatment;

● It is soluble with most nonionic surfactants, but it must be tested first.

Storage

● Store it in a cool and dry place where is under 25℃, avoid direct sunlight.

● Shelf-time:Liquid product is for 6 months and solid product is for 12 months under sealed condition. 

● Please seal the package again to avoid its enzyme activity going down , if can’t be used up after opening it.
