Description

Acid cellulase is a high-yielding strain selected by Trichoderma Reesi and extracted by deep liquid fermentation with high-end equipment. It is mainly used on polishing for cotton, linen, artificial cotton and its blended fabric in textile industry, also suitable for abrasion, faded effect on denim fabric.

● Excellent polishing effect on pure cotton, cotton blend and linen fibers to improve its property of anti fuzz and pilling.

● Used for denim enzyme washing, fast abrasion, rough and Strong 3 D sense, surface is smooth and feel soft.

● Suitable for different types of mechanical equipment, can get good effects by different mechanical forces of overflow machine, washing machine, etc.

The dosage and processing time must be determined by the user according to the requirements of the processing sample. Please ensure that temperature and pH in the equipment are with the best use conditions of enzyme before putting it into the production equipment. When using the same bath with the chemical auxiliaries, please try to use non-ionic chemical auxiliaries to avoid reducing the enzyme activity.

Package and Storage

● Liquid product: 30kg/ plastic drum

● Powder product: 25kg/craft paper bag

● Store it in a cool and dry place where is under 25℃, avoid direct sunlight.

● Shelf-time:Liquid product is for 6 months and solid product is for 12 months under sealed condition. 

● Please seal the package again to avoid its enzyme activity going down , if can’t be used up after opening it.
